Absolutely great!! I normally make my own seasoned flour but I saw this and thought I would possibly ad it to my own mix but I became ill so I used it by itself on chicken wings and wow!!! The only downside is that after it cools the batter can get a little bit soft and moist so it’s best to eat right away, or reheat in something like an oven/toaster oven.
